(with roots as an insurance agent company active since 1972), Aevitae distributes and administers health insurance policies on behalf of EUCARE Insurance PCC Ltd, acting as the authorized MGA under capacity provided by EUCARE. The company also serves as a warrantor registered with the Dutch financial regulator AFM under authorization from Chubb European Group SE.

The company serves individual consumers, employers, healthcare providers, and insurance intermediaries across the Netherlands with a broad suite of products including statutory health insurance (basisverzekering), supplementary and dental coverage, income protection, and corporate care services. Aevitae differentiates through personalized service and proactive health management, offering waiting-list mediation that enables members to access healthcare providers an average of 15 weeks faster. In 2024, Aevitae adopted the CoverGo end-to-end core insurance SaaS platform to modernize health product configuration, digital sales, policy management, and claims processing. The company was previously backed by Waterland Private Equity, but in March 2018 Waterland sold its stake to management under Harry Laeven, making Aevitae a management-owned independent operation.
