Originally launched as Arceo Labs to help insurance carriers assess cyber risk using AI-driven analytics, the company rebranded as Resilience in 2021 and repositioned as an integrated cyber risk solution provider combining cyber insurance, risk quantification software, and hands-on security services.

The company wrote approximately USD 180 million in gross written premium in 2024 and is targeting significant growth in 2025.

Resilience is backed by leading technology investment firms including Intact Ventures, General Catalyst, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Founders Fund, CRV, and Shield Capital. It has raised over USD 217 million in total funding and has been recognized as Cyber MGA of the Year by both Zywave (2024) and Intelligent Insurer (2026).
