Arch Insurance Group Inc. is the North American insurance holding entity of Arch Capital Group Ltd., a publicly traded Bermuda-based specialty (re)insurance company and S&P 500 component. Established in 2001, Arch Insurance Group encompasses three licensed carriers: Arch Insurance Company (admitted), Arch Specialty Insurance Company (non-admitted), and Arch Excess and Surplus Insurance Company (E&S surplus lines). Together, these carriers hold combined admitted assets exceeding USD 14.4 billion as of Q3 2025.

The group writes a broad portfolio of specialty property, casualty, and professional liability lines for corporations, professional firms, and financial institutions across the United States and Canada. Arch Insurance also maintains a growing international presence through separate legal entities in the United Kingdom, Europe, Bermuda, and Australia, including Lloyd's Syndicate 2012. The parent company's insurance segment generated gross premiums written of USD 9.9 billion for full year 2025 with a combined ratio of 94.0% for Q4 2025, reflecting disciplined specialty underwriting.
