Atlanta Association of Insurance Professionals

The Atlanta Association of Insurance Professionals (AAIP) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1988 to create networking, professional development, and career advancement opportunities for insurance professionals in the greater Atlanta area. AAIP operates as the Atlanta-area chapter affiliate of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), with a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion within the insurance industry.

AAIP draws members from across the insurance spectrum -- brokers, agents, underwriters, claims professionals, risk managers, and students pursuing insurance careers. The chapter is hosted by Amwins Atlanta and partners with the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) to expand its programming reach.

Through its flagship annual events, scholarship programs, and educational initiatives, AAIP has served the Atlanta insurance community for over 35 years.
