Overview

GloveBox is a client experience platform (CXP) built specifically for independent Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agencies. Founded in 2019 by former insurance professionals Ryan Mathisen, Andy Mathisen, Sean Mulhern, and Alex Rolex, the company emerged from their experience growing Colorado Insurance from $5 million to $100 million in premium.

The platform provides a centralized mobile and web application that allows insurance policyholders to access their policy documents, pay bills, initiate claims, and more regardless of which carrier their policies are written with. GloveBox connects agencies with their clients through a branded self-service portal while integrating with existing Agency Management Systems (AMS) to streamline routine service tasks.

GloveBox aims to enhance the customer experience for insurance clients while reducing service costs for agencies. The company reports that agencies using GloveBox can triple CSR capacity from 400-500 to 1,300-1,500 households per representative through self-service automation.
