Overview
After, Inc. is a pioneer in post-sale warranty and extended service contract (ESC) management, helping manufacturers and retailers transform their warranty businesses since 2005. Originally founded as a warranty analytics consultancy, the company expanded over two decades into a full-service platform covering the entire warranty lifecycle -- from risk analysis and program design through marketing, administration, and claims management.
In 2017, After, Inc. was acquired by EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, and subsequently became part of Galway Holdings, a diversified financial services distribution company. In June 2023, UK-based Domestic & General Group -- one of the world's largest appliance care and warranty services providers -- acquired After, Inc. for USD 75 million to accelerate its U.S. expansion strategy.
