Overview

BenefitHub is the global leader in employee perks, discounts, and voluntary benefits platforms. Founded in 1999 with the mission of giving employees at any-size company access to Fortune 500-level benefits, the platform now serves more than 15,000 client organizations across 22 countries, including 36% of Fortune 500 companies and five of the ten largest US employers.

The company was acquired by private equity firm Inverness Graham in April 2024, with founder Seif Saghri transitioning to Vice Chairman and digital media veteran Jeffrey Litvack appointed CEO in May 2024. BenefitHub further accelerated its growth through the August 2024 acquisition of Abenity, a Tennessee-based private discount marketplace with 300,000+ vendor partnerships, and a strategic investment in Venngo, Canada's leading employee perks provider.

BenefitHub operates a single global platform combining a curated discount marketplace, a voluntary benefits suite spanning insurance and financial wellness, and an employee rewards and recognition program. The platform processes over half a billion dollars in annual transaction volume and achieves a 99.2% seven-year client retention rate.
