Overview

Daylight (formerly FormHero) was a Toronto-based low-code platform that enabled enterprises to build intelligent digital forms and automate data-intensive workflows without writing code. Founded in 2016 by Ryan Kimber and Art Harrison, the company served customers in insurance, healthcare, and financial services industries.

The platform allowed organizations to create personalized digital experiences, streamline processes like credit card applications and insurance claims, and automate internal workflows. Notable customers included Bank of Montreal, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Allianz Global Assistance.

Daylight raised $14.56 million from investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, RTP Global, and Golden Ventures before being acquired by Quadient in September 2023. The product is now marketed as Quadient Inspire iForms.
