Overview

Peachy Insurance (trading name of Hlthie Labs Limited) is a health insurance technology platform for carriers and MGAs, built on a composable, cloud-native architecture. The company was founded in 2021 in London by Dr. Amit Patel, Darren Bex, and Dan Parker, and initially operated as a digital consumer health insurance MGA. In November 2025, Peachy transferred its consumer insurance policies to Endurance Worldwide Insurance Limited (Sompo) and shifted focus to its B2B technology product, Peachy Digital.

Peachy Digital is a digital operating system (OS) delivered as a composable platform, covering the full insurance lifecycle: policy issuance, customer lifecycle management, claims processing, premium collection, dynamic rating, and provider management. The platform can be deployed as feature integration (plug-and-play components), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Third-party Administration (TPA) through its FCA-regulated MGA entity. Built on AWS with a microservices architecture, it supports API-first integration and includes AI-driven claims and pre-authorisation automation.

The company raised GBP 1.5M in seed funding in 2022, backed by angel investors including former insurance industry executives. Peachy was the first and only health insurtech accepted into the FCA Sandbox programme. Customers on the platform include Cigna and The Exeter.
