PINS Advantage is a compliance management platform for organizations that track certificates of insurance (COIs) and vendor documentation at scale. The platform combines OCR-based document ingestion with AI-powered review to automate COI intake, analyze coverage against contract-specific requirements, and identify deficiencies without manual intervention. Email automation handles renewal requests and expiration notices, reducing the back-and-forth with vendors and subcontractors. A REST API enables real-time and scheduled data sync with external systems including Procore, Viewpoint Vista, Workday, and Tyler ERP products.
