Overview

Solvrays is an agentic AI workflow automation platform purpose-built for insurance operations. Founded on December 11, 2024, by Bobbie Shrivastav and Soven Shrivastav, the company builds intelligent orchestration tools that transform manual back-office processes into real-time, end-to-end operational flows. Headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (Delaware Inc.), the company launched its minimum viable product at the ILTCI conference in March 2025.

At the core of the platform are 12 modular AI capabilities called "Genes" that automate up to 70% of manual back-office work. Purpose-built for life, annuity, and P&C carriers, Solvrays replaces slow, fragmented processes with intelligent, connected workflows. The platform integrates with legacy systems without requiring replacement, providing audit-ready tracking across operations. In an industry spending over $300 billion annually on operations, Solvrays empowers carriers to cut costs, accelerate decisions, and deliver modern, seamless experiences.

The company operates with a lean core team plus advisors and implementation partners. Solvrays is a member of RevTech Labs' 22nd accelerator cohort and has formed strategic partnerships with ManageMy, Penn River, SPLICE Software, and Inforce Technologies.
