Overview
XILO is a workflow automation platform that helps insurance agencies, carriers, and MGAs modernize their sales and marketing processes. The company was founded in 2018 by Jon Corrin and Eli Zaragoza with a mission to solve real-world problems for insurance agencies, originally inspired by challenges faced at an agency owned by Zaragoza's father.
The platform eliminates manual data entry by providing customizable quoting experience forms that integrate directly with raters, agency management systems (AMS), and CRMs. XILO enables insurance agencies to reduce up to 95% of data entry needed to quote by automatically routing quote request data from digital worksheets into multiple systems simultaneously.
XILO has onboarded over 300 agencies and deployed platform integrations with over 30 insurance-based systems across all major lines of insurance. The company services 10 of the top 50 insurance brokerages in the US and has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance.
