Founded in 2018 by insurance industry veterans Abinadi "Ben" Barrientos (CEO) and Wessly J. Anderson (President), the company combines trained remote professionals with proprietary workforce management software (AVA) to help agencies scale operations without adding full-time domestic headcount.

The company serves over 300 domestic insurance agencies and operates across more than five countries, including the USA, Philippines, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, and India.
