Overview
Automated Insurance Management Systems (AIMS) has provided property and casualty insurance companies with a comprehensive policy management solution since 1980. Founded by Jack W. McReynolds, a systems analyst and software engineer who spent years learning the inner workings of insurance operations, AIMS was designed from the ground up by people who understood insurance workflows.
The company is a hands-on, family-run operation with full in-house development, testing, installation, and customer support. Their flagship product, AIMSpc, is a client/server P&C policy management system that tracks policies from initial quote through the full lifecycle: endorsements, renewals, claims, billing, and cancellations.
With a combined team experience of over 70 years in policy accounting and management, AIMS serves small to mid-size carriers and MGAs primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
