Overview

Claim Central Group is a global claims solutions business founded in 2000 in Sydney, Australia by Brian Siemsen. The company provides end-to-end insurance claim services, restoration operations, and technology platforms designed to make claims management faster, more transparent, and more data-driven. Over more than two decades, Claim Central has expanded from a domestic Australian operation into a multi-geography business with offices in the United States, New Zealand, and South Africa.

The group operates through several distinct brands addressing different segments of the insurance claims market: Claim Central Property for property claim management, Hello Claims for motor vehicle claims, Helio Restoration for mitigation and restoration services, Wilbur for SaaS-based claims workflow technology, and Livegenic for virtual claims collaboration. AUB Group joined as a strategic investor in December 2023 to support the growth of the Wilbur technology platform and the group's operational expansion.

Wilbur, the group's core technology product, was recognized as a Technology Standout by Celent in their 2024 Claims Systems Vendors report for APAC, cited for its affordability and robust back-end configuration among 17 evaluated core claims solutions.
