The company automates the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) process through a conversational, messaging-style interface that guides claimants through property, motor, and contents claims without the complexity of traditional forms. Founded in 2016 in Nottingham, UK, by motor insurance claims specialist David Stubbs and IT outsourcing expert Graham Blaney, the company launched through the Startupbootcamp InsurTech accelerator.

The platform is delivered as a white-label SaaS solution with bidirectional REST APIs that connect to core insurance systems -- including ICE InsureTech and Guidewire -- as well as vehicle damage estimatics, item replacement networks, and fraud detection providers. Claimants can report claims via insurer websites, embedded chat windows, or WhatsApp for Business. The technology includes multilingual speech-to-text, computer vision, NLP-based fraud flagging, and AI-assisted exaggeration detection. The platform is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.
