ClaimDeck is a claims litigation management platform that streamlines data exchange between insurance companies and law firms to lower the cost of resolving litigated claims. Founded in 2020 by attorney Dwayne Hermes, the platform emerged from the Hermes Law Case Architecture (HLCA) methodology developed during his 35-year law practice and 15-year leadership of a Texas Top 50 law firm.
The platform combines data capture, AI, workflow management, collaboration, and best-in-class templates to drive continual attention to the key components of good claims handling: resolution strategy, tasks to implement that strategy, and budget for completing those tasks. ClaimDeck focuses on increasing operational efficiency while decreasing defense containment costs.
