Originally established as the carrier division within Applied Systems in 1993, Insuresoft became an independent company in 2004 when Applied Systems was sold and the Eustace family retained the carrier division.
The company serves insurance carriers, managing general agents (MGAs), and third-party administrators (TPAs) across all 50 US states. Diamond processes over $3 billion in P&C insurance premiums annually and has over 375 modules in production. Insuresoft boasts a 95% client renewal rate and 100% implementation success rate, with every implementation reaching production.
In 2019, Insuresoft was acquired by Volaris Group, becoming part of their Insurance and Benefits Administration vertical. The company maintains offices in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and University Park, Illinois.
