In September 2020, OneShield was acquired by a search fund led by brothers Cameron and Brandon Parker, with Pacific Lake Partners and Bain Capital Credit serving as anchor investors. Under their leadership, OneShield tripled recurring revenue and continues to scale to meet expanding customer needs.
