Overview

OWIT Global is a global insurance specialist technology provider founded in 2018 and headquartered in West Hartford, Connecticut. The company develops the O/DIEM (Digitalization Insurance Enterprise Management) platform -- a suite of reusable insurance-specific microservices built from the ground up and cloud down on modern, no-code architecture. O/DIEM helps carriers, brokers, MGAs, MGUs, and reinsurers eliminate manual, paper-based processes and achieve data integrity across the full insurance value chain.

OWIT's flagship capabilities center on delegated data management and bordereaux processing -- a historically painful, error-prone area for specialty and program insurers. The platform ingests disparate data formats from managing agents and TPAs, transforms and normalizes them, and routes clean data to downstream systems. Key customers such as Canopius US Insurance have deployed the platform at scale, onboarding over 50 MGAs and 10 TPAs in production since 2023.

In 2025, OWIT expanded its product suite with Insurance Workbench, a modern solution that combines data integrity, data interchange, and business process optimization in a single no-code environment. This includes an Underwriter Workbench for submissions management and a Distributed Data Workbench for program and delegated authority processing -- signaling a move toward a more comprehensive enterprise platform.
