Overview

Puls is a home services technology platform founded in 2015 as Cellsavers, initially providing in-home repairs for electronic devices. The company rebranded to Puls in 2017 and expanded into comprehensive home warranty and on-demand home services. Puls operates a nationwide network of service technicians, offering both on-demand repairs and installations alongside a hybrid home warranty membership (Puls Whole Home).

Puls developed a subscription-based home warranty product combining traditional coverage for home systems and appliances with fast on-demand service dispatch -- typically same or next-day. The platform manages scheduling, technician matching, and claims processing, enabling a seamless homeowner experience without pre-purchase inspections.

In October 2024, Super, a technology-driven home warranty provider, acquired Puls to integrate its speed, efficiency, and nationwide service network into Super's platform.
