The firm operates from offices in Warsaw and Wroclaw and has processed over 10,000 claims since its formal founding in 2005. Saltex is led by co-owners Malgorzata Altdorfer-Wasikowska and Mariusz Siminski, both Senior Loss Adjusters. Client relationships include major international and domestic carriers operating in the Polish market.
In 2021, Saltex formed a strategic alliance with McLarens, a global loss adjusting group, becoming McLarens exclusive affiliate in Poland and extending loss adjusting capacity across Eastern Europe.
